Binding Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Santa Clara County, California.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.
